About Jon Turla

Jon arrived at Ideal Lending Solutions with extensive experience within the mortgage lending industry. Before accepting his position at Ideal Lending Solutions, he was the Regional Production Manager at Security National Mortgage Company. Prior to that, Jon was a Branch Manager at The Mortgage Firm, Inc., and the Co-Owner and Vice President of Evergreen Mortgage Company.

Some of the highlights of Jon’s resume include his current position as Chairman of the Housing Authority of Brevard County Board of Commissioners, and his role as President of the Florida Association of Mortgage Professionals. Jon is also a member of the National Association of Mortgage Brokers.

When he’s not busy with his team, he can be found hitting balls on the golf course or enjoying time fishing and boating on the water.

Loan Programs

Mortgage loans are uniquely individual, we offer a wide range of residential loan programs tailored to your specific needs,  including first time home buyer programs, low down payment, debt consolidation, investment properties, home improvement loans, and niche loan programs. 

First time homebuyers may be able to purchase with as little as 3% down. Homeowners may refinance up to 85% and take cash out. Purchase using gift funds for your down payment or refinance and roll closing costs into your loan. 

FHA Loans are great loans for people looking for lower down payment requirements and flexible qualifications. They offer: 

  • Purchase, refinance, and home renovation financing options. 
  • As low as 3.5% down payment.
  • Down Payment Assistance programs available. 
  • Minimum 580 credit score. 
  • Ability to use monetary gifts for down payments or closing costs.
  • No prepayment penalties if you pay off your home early.

Veterans and surviving spouses may purchase or refinance with no money down, no appraisal fee, and no mortgage insurance premiums. You may be able to roll closing costs into the loan with minimal paperwork. *May have upfront fees. 

With a USDA Loan, qualified borrowers can purchase or refinance a property, located in a designated rural area, up to 100% LTV. USDA Loans are not limited to first time homebuyers and feature no down payment requirement.

Lower your interest rate, change loan terms, and possibly remove mortgage insurance with a Rate & Term Refinance.

Homeowners may take advantage of low rates without having to go through the full refinance process. No appraisal and no income documents required. Borrowers may also be eligible for a refund on their original mortgage insurance premium. 

Purchase or refinance with LTV’s as high as 80% for one-unit properties. Jumbo loans are available for primary residence and second home properties valued up to $3 million. Homeowners may qualify with a minimum FICO score of 700. 

Reverse mortgages are available to homeowners 62 years or older, allowing them to possibly tap into their homes equity. Borrowers must continue to make property tax, insurance, and other maintenance payments in order to avoid risk of default.
