One of the most important thoughts I want to share is that I understand when trusted by a client – especially the mortgage originator who is so crucial to the success of the deal – there is a lot of stress & anxiety involved. I understand if our communication is poor or lacking, if we don’t do a thorough job qualifying our client, if we don’t close on time or if we don’t offer a phenomenal experience in any capacity, then a relationship is damaged. But even worse than that, we jeopardize the ability to capture future repeat and referral business from that client. We get it. My team gets it!
